make payment by check or check-by-phone?
A: If you prefer to
prepay by check rather than major credit card, simply add items to your
CleaningStop shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the
items for purchase, and mail to our address below with your check or money order
payable to CleaningStop. Please be sure to include contact information with your
payment. We also accept E-check payments by phone at 973-955-4040.

A: CleaningStop does accept purchase orders and
will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you
already have a completed credit application from your organization, please fax
it to us at 973-955-4035. Otherwise please complete our CleaningStop Credit
Application or request it here via our online form. For fastest turnaround,
please fax or email your initial purchase order with your credit application.

How do I begin ordering?
A: As soon as you
have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase, follow these simple steps: Click
the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your cart. Click "View Cart" to
preview and/or adjust your cart contents. When you're done shopping, click the
"Check Out" button. Enter your billing and shipping information and submit the
order to us for processing. That's it!

A: You can automatically set up an account by placing
your first order with CleaningStop. Additionally you can also sign up via the
registration box. In either case, we will email your new login information to
you. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view all past orders placed
with us. For security purposes, you will remain logged in as long as your
browser program is running. If you quit your browser program or reboot your
computer, you will need to re-login to CleaningStop the next time you visit it.
