Shipping Terms and Policies
Privacy Policy
Privacy is assured by CleaningStop for
any and all of your confidential information which you share with us for
mutual business purposes. CleaningStop pledges to never share, sell or
otherwise divulge any of your account information with any other third
party outside the basic requirements of CleaningStop personnel, without
your express and written approval in advance. There will be no
deviations.
Security Policy
CleaningStop utilizes the most sophisticated,
technologically advanced security measures available to ensure your
financial security for credit card numbers and other pertinent
information. CleaningStop transactions occur over secure SSL
connections. You can trust the security of your shared credit card
information.
Third Party Shipping
We can ship to a third party on your behalf.
During the checkout process, simply indicate where you'd like your items
sent. However, please keep in mind that in order to protect our
customers from fraudulent transactions, a credit card verification of
your shipping address is completed. If the billing and shipping
addresses differ when placing an order, you will need to notify your
credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This procedure
will help protect you from possible fraud.
International Shipping
At this time we are do not ship to international
locations. Please check this site in the future for changes in this
policy.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order is $50.
Credit Policy
Store purchases may be paid for by Visa,
MasterCard, Certified Checks or Personal or Business Checks or company
charge (purchase order number). If paying by check, your order will ship
the same day the check clears. Credit card authorization occurs on order
confirmation and charge occurs at order placement. Should you wish to
establish credit, please complete and submit the Credit Application
Form.

reply within three business days to your credit request. For instant
shipping you may want to use your credit card or mail a check with order
on your first order while credit is being reviewed.
Payment terms are
net 30 days. Finance charges shall accrue at 1.5% per month on any
balance owing past 30 days. Failure to comply with these terms may
result in revocation of our credit privileges.
Sales Tax
As applicable, State Sales Tax will be added to
your order.
Shipping Policy
In general, shipments are by UPS unless weight,
size or volume requires a freight carrier. For orders within the
continental United States: On orders of $1,000 dollars or more your
freight is free (prepaid) except for Bleach and Ice Melt, which will be
charged back freight as F.O.B.-CleaningStop!
CleaningStop is not responsible for paying
Common Carrier accessorial charges including inside delivery,
residential delivery, lift gate, hazardous material, sort and segregate,
COD fees, and construction site delivery. This applies to all orders.
Orders less than $1,000 (which do not fall into the Bleach and Ice Melt
categories) will incur shipping charges in $10 increments starting at an
order of $100. Maximum charge will be $90 (for an order between $900 and
$1,000).
Terms of delivery
F.O.B. Shipping Point. Orders normally ship
within 24 hours and will arrive within three to five days by UPS ground
delivery or common carrier.
Order Status
We will confirm your order immediately upon
receipt by email. Keep your confirmation number handy. As a member, you
can check the status of your order online at any time.
Damages/Shortages
CleaningStop's responsibility ceases upon
delivery to the transportation company. Instructions for claims are on
the packing slip. Inspect your shipment before signing delivery receipt.
Split Shipments
Orders are normally shipped from a single
distribution facility. Should an out of stock situation occur, you may
receive a partial shipment from the next closest distribution facility.
Return Policy
All returns require a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) from CleaningStop. An RMA number MUST accompany ALL
returns and be printed on the outside of the shipping box. ALL returns
sent without an RMA number will be refused without exceptions. RMA
numbers must be obtained no later than 15-days from date of receipt,
will be valid only for 15 days from date of issuance, and are issued
only once. No other RMA numbers will be issued for same item after this
time frame.
Defective Items
After our 15-day warranty period, all product
returns must be handled by the respective manufacturer or warranty
provider. ALL RETURNS MUST BE FREIGHT PRE-PAID. We recommend you use
FedEx, UPS, or USPS insured mail. Please make sure you obtain a tracking
number for your package to avoid loss or confusion.
All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in
our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition,
including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and
accessories, along with a copy of your invoice.
Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and
documentation, cannot be accepted and will be returned at customer’s
expense.
CleaningStop cannot and will not accept items that are shown to have
been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional,
within or without the 15 day warranty period.
Non-Defective Items
Any returns found to be non-defective and in
working order are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all
non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not
refundable.
All related fees (shipping, handling and return-shipping fees) are
NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Unless as a result of our
error.
